"I love smiling! Smiling's my favorite!"

I love days like this when I wake up and say to myself, "Yes...THIS is why I live in California!" It's impossible to be sad on a day like this! :) 
I wanted to dress bright and cheery like the weather so I threw this together at the last minute this morning. I think it's delightful! Hope you do too. ;)
