A few weeks ago, I told you about my visit to my Grandma's house where she gave me some of her old jewelry from the 60's. One of the pieces was this beautiful pink necklace! It practically looks brand new and the weight of it tells me this is something to be treasured. I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate Friday than to adorn myself with pink sparkles! I absolutely love this necklace and I thought it would look great with my sunshine yellow top that I thrifted for $5.00!
On a separate topic, this is my first time wearing a true pair of skinny jeans. I feel I'm finally brave enough to attempt this. I was against this phenomenon for a very long time...with the excuse of "I can't pull those off." Well, that sentence is not in my vocabulary anymore, so here they are. I have to say that they are a lot more comfortable than I originally thought and
they're pretty fun to wear! I love these kind of surprises!
Once again, thank you, Grandma! I love these treasures of yours and I will take very good care of them!

This has been the weirdest weather! It has been cold and rainy all day. It was even raining when I went downstairs to take my photos this morning. Is a little bit of rain going to put a stop to my blog?
